HILL STREET

Description:
Our project on Hill St. remains one of our highest end transformations of an existing structure. The entire property was remodeled and revamped. Additionally, we added two seperate theaters and an elevator.
Our favorite part, however, is the 70' x 34' custom  pool we got the opportunity to design and build. It features indoor/outdoor functionality, has a putting green on top of it flanked with skylights, and comes complete with a sauna and steam shower.
